Claudine André St-Rome

Claudine André is a senior communications strategist with nearly 20 years of experience in communications for development. Born in Haiti and trained in visual arts in Puerto Rico, she returned to Haiti to lead initiatives that elevate local leadership, shift dominant narratives, and drive lasting change.

For the past decade, she has led the Firm’s communications efforts in close collaboration with governments, international agencies, major donors, the private sector, and civil society organizations—building influence across systems and sectors. Her core expertise includes communications strategy development, success story design, content architecture for websites, visual storytelling, and guiding partners in delivering messages that resonate and mobilize.

Now based in Canada, she continues to support Papyrus S.A. in designing communications that are strategic, purpose-driven, and rooted in impact. Claudine brings clarity, structure, and a sense of joy to the process—helping teams communicate not just what they do, but why it matters. Claudine is fluent in English, French, Haitian Creole, and Spanish.
