Our partners are those that seek to outsource all or part of their grant attribution and management functions in a highly collaborative manner while retaining oversight. Papyrus’ approach helps our partners and clients:
a) reduce the level of effort required to select and review grant applications,
b) issue more grants to increasing numbers of organizations,
c) establish a partnership with groups on the ground to facilitate key activities like access to - or selection of - pools of potential grantees, due diligence, monitoring, capacity building activities, building a network and attracting/identifying potential matching funds.
Papyrus proposes a menu approach with services including due diligence (pre-award surveys, reference checks, past performance development), proposal and budget writing clinics, cost and budget analysis, grants administration (site visits, record keeping, closeout, etc.), and knowledge transfer through coaching on relevant skills (cost accounting, reporting, reconciliations, HR and administration, etc.).
