Philippe Bellerive is a senior project manager with more than 37 years of experience in the private and international sectors in Haiti. Trained as an agricultural economist with a master’s degree, he has collaborated with various international donors, including JICA, the European Community, USAID, and Global Affairs Canada.

His private sector experiences spans industries including agribusiness (sugar production), port management, telecommunications, and consulting. This diverse background has given him deep insights into both private and public sector operations.

In the past five years, Philippe has successfully managed two major donor-funded projects focused on strengthening and building resilience in market systems. He is recognized for his proven ability to deliver results in challenging environments like Haiti.
