Anouk Barrau Sassine was born and raised in Haiti and has 20 years of international experience working with multinational companies. She is a CPA and has worked with two of the Big Four audit firms in audit and financial management. Additionally, she is a Human and Institutional Capacity Development expert with broad experience in coaching and operational efficiency.

As Chief Operating Officer and Board Treasurer, Anouk brings deep institutional knowledge and sustained leadership to Papyrus. She oversees the operational and financial systems that have helped establish the firm’s reputation for human resources excellence, financial integrity, compliance, and accountability.

Papyrus runs on EOS and as the Firm’s Integrator, Anouk ensures that vision, strategy, and execution align seamlessly driving operational efficiency, fostering accountability, and keeping the leadership team focused on results. Passionate about process optimization and scalable growth, she plays a pivotal role in executing strategic objectives and securing the company’s continued success and stability.
