Livestock Profitability Support Program (PARE)

Papyrus has partnered with Land O’Lakes/Venture37 in this 5-year project focused in the North and South of Haiti on sustainably transforming the livestock market system. The consortium catalyzes inclusive commercialization of the cattle, goat, sheep and poultry value chains, enabling long-lasting market linkages with aspiring private and public sector partners while building the resilience of smallholder farmers and their communities to benefit from this transformation.

Papyrus serves as the lead consortium partner in defining and implementing innovative market systems resilience methodologies and engages the private sector to increase utilization of available financial products, enhance their ability to produce higher-value products for rural and urban markets, and to access the inputs and services they need to invest further in the sector and increase profitability.
