Venuste Nshimiyimana is an accomplished development specialist with over 20 years of professional experience working with public institutions, private sector entities, and international development organizations. His expertise encompasses comprehensive program operations from planning through closure, with particular strengths in work planning, budgeting, program delivery, procurement, grants management, logistics, contract administration, property and facilities management, human resources, financial control, risk management and donor requirements compliance. He consistently demonstrates proficiency in establishing efficient operational systems, implementing streamlined processes, and providing targeted training and coaching to advance program objectives.

Also, throughout his career, he has contributed to high-profile public reform initiatives while developing public reform policies.

Most recently, Mr. Nshimiyimana served as Capacity Enhancement Coach for Papyrus on a Mastercard Foundation-funded capacity accompaniment program, where he successfully strengthened youth-led organizations’ capabilities which resulted into their tremendous growth.

Mr. Nshimiyimana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Diploma in Public Finance. He is fluent in English, French, and Kinyarwanda.
