Hilda is a Financial Management Consultant and Trainer with over 15 years of experience across international development, private, and public sectors. A UK-Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), she began her career with PwC Bermuda and local accounting firms, later holding senior finance roles in international NGOs, where she gained deep expertise in both humanitarian and development contexts.

Since 2011, Hilda has been an accredited trainer, delivering courses Financial sustainability, Finance for Development Professionals, Budget monitoring, Assessing partners health, Financial Literacy, Grant Management, Budgeting Essentials, Fighting Fraud and Financial Governance etc. She has built the capacity of numerous organizations, professionals and individuals through tailored training and support.

As a Capacity Development Professional, she has led organizational assessments and initiatives that strengthen systems and enhance impact. She also serves on the board of iCON Enterprise Foundation as Treasurer and Chair of the Finance and Administration Committee.
