She developed her expertise working with major manufacturers such as BRACOUR (Coca-Cola Haiti) and BRANA (Heineken), where she acquired valuable expertise in optimizing operational systems and ensuring regulatory adherence to ISO standards.

In 2016, Laurence transitioned to the services sector joining Papyrus S.A. as Contracts & Compliance Manager, where she oversees corporate compliance, contract administration, procurement processes, and business development support, ensuring the Firm’s operational excellence and donor compliance while managing the full life cycle of contracts and awards.

Laurence holds an MBA in Operations and Logistics from Laval University (Canada) and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from PUCMM (Dominican Republic).
